Okay, we'll install graphite-colored aluminum exterior carpentry. The lobby floor will be a whitish marble stone, and the elevator stainless steel. Stairs will be similar stone. The upstairs railing will have black bars with a wooden handrail; the ground floor section will be a painted solid wall. Walls will be off-white, leaning to light sand. The elevator wall will be painted the same. Remove the external staircase; it doesn't exist.
